TTR - Rankings

Last week I showed you one possible outcome for ManChild 2019, meant to demonstrate hope and inspire visions of comebacks and glory. But now let me tell you what I predict will happen over the next 3 weeks.

After Week 10, the same 4 teams (Zak, Josh, Matt, and me) are guaranteed playoff spots. Zak and I have division titles wrapped up. Unfortunately, Travan has punched their ticket to the Huevo Bowl for the second straight year. For everyone else, here’s how I see the rest of the regular season playing out. I starred the matchups with the most interesting and important implications on the rest of the regular season

Week 11

- Jeff (11-0) def. Manny (4-7): #1 scoring team vs #12 scoring team, ‘nuff said.

- Matt (7-4) def. Eric (2-9): #2 scoring team w/ no bye issues vs. #10 scoring team without WR1, this loss sends Eric to the Huevo Bracket.

- Zak (10-1) def. Travan (1-10): no Tate or Wilson for Travan = no chance vs. Zak’s squad at full strength.

- Blas (6-5) def. Josh (7-4): this one is close, but I think Blas’ team has a better chance to go high on any given week.

- Jason (6-5) def. Rich (5-6): Chris Carson on bye hurts Rich’s chance in an otherwise even matchup.

* Wes (3-8) def. Angel (4-7): I am going against the projections here and think Rivers has a big game vs. KC while Angel’s squad crashes after a week high, just a gut feeling.

Week 12

* Zak (11-1) def. Jeff (11-1): The top two records collide in a battle for the Regular Season Championship lead. No Mahomes is balanced out by AARon vs. SF. I’m giving it to Zak, because many teams seem to go low vs. the Taint, why would this week be any different?

- Matt (8-4) def. Manny (4-8): Manny will face Matt’s high scoring squad without Cousins, DWill, Keenan, and his kicker…good luck with that.

- Travan (2-10) def. Eric (2-10): In a possible Huevo Bowl preview, Travan will be at near full strength vs. Eric without Drake, Diggs, Henry, and the MIN D/ST.

* Blas (7-5) def. Jason (6-6): Dak @ NE tilts this close matchup in Blas’ favor.

- Rich (6-6) def. Wes (3-9): Unfortunately Rivers’ bye sends Wes to the Huevo Bracket.

* Angel (5-7) def. Josh (7-5): This one comes down to Monday night where LJax and Andrews do enough to overcome Kupp and a high scoring affair on Sunday night where Josh benefits from Wentz and DK.

Week 13 - no more bye weeks

* Jeff (12-1) def. Eric (2-11): Anything could happen, but I figure I’m a 30+ point favorite.

* Manny (5-8) def. Travan (2-11): In a close game, Manny pulls out the dub to give his team a chance at the playoffs.

* Matt (9-4) def. Zak (11-2): Brees gets his revenge vs. the Falcons and CMC runs all over a hapless WAS defense powering Matt vs. Zak. The loss by Zak gives me the Regular Season Championship.

* Wes (4-9) def. Blas (7-6): Jaylen Samuels and Devin Singletary give Wes one last victory as Watson and Ingram struggle vs. top defenses.

* Josh (8-5) def. Rich (6-7): This one is a toss up at the time of writing. It comes down to Carson, Gordon, and DHop having tough matchups vs. Zeke, Hill, and Kupp having neutral or better.

* Jason (7-6) def. Angel (5-8): The Huevo Bracket welcomes Angel after this loss, as Manny owns the tie-breaker. Manny defeated Angel in Week 7.
